Comfort and convenience in a beautiful place

The restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hospital and other services of Kutchan town are just a five- to 10-minute drive away. The new Shinkansen station, planned to open between 2030 and 2035, will connect Kutchan to Tokyo, for a trip of about four hours. The station will be less than two kilometres away.

Niseko is now well fixed in the firmament of the ski universe; Mindé is in an ideal site in this shining snow star. Convenience is the key word at Mindé: located just minutes from the ski slope, with easy access to Hanazono, Kutchan and other Niseko area spots.

The exit from the new highway will also be within five minutes. The new highway will connect Kutchan with Sapporo and New Chitose Airport. The highway will shorten the drive to the airport to roughly an hour (depending, of course, on that wonderful Niseko snow!).
