The Apartments

Distinct Scandinavian design with Hokkaido touches

The apartments have an area of 97 to 105 square meters, with terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and generous storage space. The heated floors are covered by beautiful, custom-made, locally-produced terracotta bricks, while the walls behind the kitchens are covered by tiles from one of Japan’s most famous makers. The living rooms feature ceilings up to more than four meters in height. The two corner apartments are equipped with eight-meter long, sweeping sofas. If more space is needed, two apartments acquired together can easily be combined into one 200 sqm apartment.

Mindé’s three apartments are a comfortable, stylish meeting of creative design and Hokkaido influences. Completely designed by Swedish architects Claesson Koivisto Rune (CKR), including custom-made furniture. The sweeping lines are enhanced by unique features and local details.

ミンデには、快適性、スタイリッシュなデザイン、北海道のバリューを融合した3 つのコンドミニアムがあります。各部屋の面積は97 ～ 105 平方メートルで、最高4.3 メートルの勾配天井により開放感のある空間が広がっています。角部屋のリビングには全長8 メートルの特注ソファを設置。床暖房の床には地元産のテラコッタレンガを採用しました。スペーシャスな空間、木の温もり、窓からの柔らかい光が真の心地よさを生み出します。どの部屋の窓からも美しい羊蹄山の眺望が楽しめます。
